Applications are currently being
accepted for the Spring Semester - 8:00AM to 2:00pm.
Applications will be accepted throughout the year. A waiting list will be established for classes that are
full.
You will need two proofs of residency at the time of
registration. Registration fees must be paid at the time of
registration.
Attendance Policy
Traviss Career Center encourages and expects all students enrolled in programs to attend regularly, to derive maximum benefit from the instructional program, and to develop habits of punctuality, self-discipline, and responsibility. Students are expected to telephone the instructor when absent according to departmental policy.
An adult student may be withdrawn from school if the student misses 60 hours in a semester. The student will receive a warning when he/she has reached 30 hours of absences.
Attendance requirements in programs that lead to licensure and/or certification may be stricter than the Center's overall attendance policy.
Residency Application
Traviss Career Center has a notary on staff, bring the unsigned form to Traviss along with a photo ID.

Testing is Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am
$15.00 cash for adults, free for high school students.
All students need a photo I.D.
Testing fees are non-refundable.

Transcripts
Requests for transcripts must be made in writing to Student Services. There is a nominal fee for transcripts requested by former students.

Directions
From Lakeland and Interstate 4 - Take US Highway 98 South from Lakeland until you get to Winter Lake Road (State Road 540). Turn east (left) on to Winter Lake Road. Go to Reynolds Road (the first traffic light app. 1/2 mile). Turn right, this is the schools entrance.
From South Lakeland, Bartow and Hwy 60 - Take US Highway 98 North from Bartow or Highland City until you get to Winter Lake Road (State Road 540). Turn east (right) on to Winter Lake Road. Go to Reynolds Road (the first traffic light app. 1/2 mile). Turn right, this is the schools entrance.
From Auburndale, Winter Haven and Haines City - Take US Highway 92 West to Reynolds Road. Turn south (left) on to Reynolds Road and continue to Winter Lake Road (State Road 540). Go through the traffic light, This is the schools entrance.
From the Polk County Parkway - Exit the Polk County Parkway at the US 98 South exit. Travel South on US 98 app. 1/3 mile to Winter Lake Road (the first traffic light south of the interchange). Turn east (left) on to Winter Lake Road. Go to Reynolds Road (the first traffic light app. 1/2 mile). Turn right, this is the schools entrance.
