Business & Industry Short-Term Courses
Business and Industry Services provides low cost, high quality training to the business community and to the public-at-large in Polk and surrounding counties. Computer software classes are offered at Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and are designed for the post-high school, adult learner (18 years and older). A schedule of classes is offered each month with dates and times, and the classes are taught at intervals between 8:00 AM and 9 PM, Monday through Friday. Corporate classes are available at the work site or at the Center. Fees are computed on an hourly basis in accordance with guidelines established by the state and county.
